I have included a ruler and a tea sized spoon to help you visualize the
size.
This very strange looking cast server is crowned with two shields and
appears to show a topless Art Nouveau style Queen Victoria.
There is a French Minerva silver quality mark in the bowl and two
untraced marks on the back of the bowl (A & a fleur de lis)
The heavy
server appears to be entirely cast with minor touch up work
I suspect that this piece was made in Schoonhaven, Holland sometime in
the 1890's

I am unsure of the meaning of the shields above her head
I suspect that the star over her head is related to her horoscope
The back of the bowl is cast with this very three dimensional
coat of arms
The lion above the coat of arms is somewhat unusual
